West Metro Medical Center (WMMC) continues to set high medical standards following its recognition by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) as one of the Ideal Healthcare Institutions in Region IX.
WMMC was chosen for the distinction based on its excellent patient experience, safety and infrastructure, amenities, adequate staff, and administrative processes.
The recognition was announced during the recently-concluded awards night of PhilHealth-IX entitled "Konsultasyong Sapat at Tama: Stakeholders' Handog Pasasalamat Program/Awards Night.” As a show of their appreciation and gratitude, top WMMC leaders attended the event, including WMMC Chief Medical Officer Armand A. Lorenzo, Jr., MD, DPBO, FPSOHNS, FFACES; Chief Operating Officer Paolo Vincent A. Torres; and Chief Quality Officer Wilhelmina I. Hocson, MD, FPPS, MHA.
